Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, this is why we offer you 7 days (from receipt of delivery) to return your order. In the event that you're not completely satisfied with any purchase made we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund the total cost of the product(s) being returned.Returns Procedure
We recommend you return the item(s) in the packaging they arrived using Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go amiss in the post. Please include a note indicating your order number, name, address, telephone number and reason for return and include this with your item in secure protected packaging, without this we will not be able to complete your return.
Return's Policy
- Customers have 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery to return unwanted items for a refund, items received at our warehouse after 7 calendar days will NOT be refunded.
- Damaged items must be brought to our attention within 3 calendar days of receipt for a refund.
- We will not refund items in a non-resalable condition (includes damaged packaging, tags removed etc.)
- Products must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the full original packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome however we can only provide this service once per order. As you can appreciate exchanging items more than this takes considerable administration time. To do this simply follow the same steps as if it were a refund, but mark your return note as an exchange, indicating the item you would like in return.
