Delivery on all UK orders is FREE of Charge!

All orders received after 4:00pm will be processed the next working day. It is therefore important to get your order in before this time to ensure your order is processed the very same day.

Standard UK delivery usually takes between 2-3 days, however we find that around 90% of orders are received the very next day, although this is not guaranteed.

For your safety we send all parcels via a tracked, 'signed for' service, which requires a signature on delivery. This provides certain insurances to you and allows us to view detailed information on each shipment's status/location at anytime. With this in mind it is important to make sure that there is someone at the delivery address that can provide a signature on the arrival of the order.

Our couriers will try to deliver your order more than once in the event that there is nobody in to sign for it. However, after this time the parcel(s) will be taken back to the nearest postal depot for you to collect or re-arrange delivery. In the un-likely event that the parcel(s) are not collected from the depot or is refused on delivery your items will be returned to us marked 'Not Collected'. Items returned to us in this manner may be liable to a £3.00 administration/delivery charge at our discretion in order for us to resend the item.
